The contract holds its payment, advance, retention and VAT terms, and its BOQ becomes the project's work packages in one step. Each claim starts from the progress measured in Cost, and the contract's terms work out the rest. Once certified, a claim never changes.يحمل العقد شروط الدفع والدفعة المقدمة والمحتجزات والضريبة، ويتحوّل جدول كمياته إلى حزم عمل المشروع بخطوة واحدة. ويبدأ كل مستخلص من الإنجاز المقاس في التكلفة، وتحسب شروط العقد الباقي. وبعد اعتماده لا يتغيّر المستخلص أبدًا.
Node 09, Commercial. Its members carry progress for claims and revenue for profit between this node and the project's cost, subcontracts and their certificates from procurement, and the contract and its terms to the project.العقدة 09، التجاري. تحمل أعضاؤها الإنجاز للمستخلصات والإيراد للربحية بينها وبين تكلفة المشروع، وعقود الباطن وشهاداتها من المشتريات، والعقد وشروطه إلى المشروع.

Terms set once, then frozenشروط تُضبط مرة ثم تُثبَّت
- Add clients by hand or import them with a dry run. Finance sets each client's books code.أضف العملاء يدويًا أو استوردهم بتجربة مسبقة، وتحدّد المالية رمز كل عميل في الدفاتر.
- A contract's terms are grouped as Payment, Advance, Retention and VAT, and Copy terms from fills them in from another contract.تُجمع شروط العقد في أربع مجموعات: الدفع، والدفعة المقدمة، والمحتجزات، والضريبة، ويملؤها خيار «نسخ الشروط من» من عقد آخر.
- The contract carries its retention schedule, and someone other than the preparer registers it.يحمل العقد جدول المحتجزات، ويسجّله شخص غير من أعدّه.

- Import the BOQ from the client's Excel file. A dry run lists every problem and shows the total before anything is saved.استورد جدول الكميات من ملف Excel الخاص بالعميل، فتعرض التجربة المسبقة كل مشكلة والإجمالي قبل حفظ أي شيء.

- The quantity surveyor prepares each claim from the progress measured in Cost.يُعدّ مهندس الكميات كل مستخلص من الإنجاز المقاس في التكلفة.
- RevTrak works out the claim arithmetic. You then submit the claim, print it, record its certification or withdraw it.يحسب RevTrak أرقام المستخلص، ثم تقدّمه أو تطبعه أو تسجّل اعتماده أو تسحبه.
- It prints as a progress claim with English and Arabic headings, and is never titled Tax invoice.يُطبع بعنوان «مستخلص» وبعناوين عربية وإنجليزية، ولا يحمل أبدًا عنوان «فاتورة ضريبية».
Held, recovered and releasedتُحتجز وتُسترد ويُفرج عنها
- The advance is recorded with its recovery, which comes off claim by claim.تُسجَّل الدفعة المقدمة مع استردادها، الذي يُخصم من مستخلص إلى آخر.
- Retention follows the contract's schedule, and its release is recorded.تتبع المحتجزات جدولها في العقد، ويُسجَّل الإفراج عنها.

Approved before they are claimedتُعتمد قبل المطالبة بها
- The quantity surveyor prepares each variation, and the managing director submits it.يُعدّ مهندس الكميات كل أمر تغييري، ويقدّمه المدير العام.
- A variation that isn't approved can't go into a claim.ولا يدخل المستخلصَ أمرٌ تغييري غير معتمد.
- A registered contract changes only through its variations.ولا يتغيّر العقد المسجّل إلا بأوامره التغييرية.
The contract's running accountالحساب الجاري للعقد
- Each project's commercial page opens on the statement, then the contract and the BOQ.تفتح الصفحة التجارية لكل مشروع على كشف الحساب، ثم العقد وجدول الكميات.
- Corrections are client credit or debit notes, so a certified claim is never edited.التصحيحات إشعارات دائنة أو مدينة للعميل، فلا يُعدَّل المستخلص المعتمد أبدًا.
- Commercial also lists every contract and client, with tenders and estimating.وتضم صفحة التجاري قائمة العقود والعملاء كلها، ومعها المناقصات والتسعير.

The claim takes the progress measured in Cost against each BOQ item, and the contract's terms work out the advance recovery, VAT and retention. The quantity surveyor checks it, and the managing director submits it.يأخذ المستخلص الإنجاز المقاس في التكلفة لكل بند من جدول الكميات، وتحسب شروط العقد استرداد الدفعة المقدمة والضريبة والمحتجزات. يراجعه مهندس الكميات، ويقدّمه المدير العام.
A variation that isn't approved stays out of the claim. Once certified, the claim goes to your accounting software through the finance link, and the tax invoice is issued there.يبقى الأمر التغييري غير المعتمد خارج المستخلص. وبعد اعتماده يذهب المستخلص إلى برنامج المحاسبة عبر الربط المالي، وهناك تصدر الفاتورة الضريبية.
