RevTrak opens by invitation only. The server checks every change against the person's role, permission and project before it saves anything, and the activity log keeps a name and a time for each one. Deactivated, never deletedيُعطَّل ولا يُحذف

  • Deactivating a person blocks their sign-in and keeps their history.يمنع تعطيل الحساب الدخول ويحتفظ بالسجل التاريخي لصاحبه.
  • Someone who approved or decided anything is never deleted, so an approval never becomes someone else's.لا يُحذف أبدًا من اعتمد شيئًا أو قرّره، كي لا تُنسب موافقته إلى غيره.

  1. A decided review stays final.المراجعة المقرّرة تبقى نهائية.

    A submittal or revision keeps the code it was given. The next submission is a new revision with its own reference.يحتفظ التقديم أو المراجعة بالرمز الذي أُعطي له، والتقديم التالي مراجعة جديدة بمرجعها الخاص.

  2. Posted stock documents are never edited.مستندات المخزون المرحّلة لا تُعدَّل أبدًا.

    A manager reverses a wrong document with a reason, and the right one is posted as a new document.يعكس المدير المستند الخاطئ مع ذكر السبب، ويُرحَّل الصحيح مستندًا جديدًا.

  3. Approved budgets and certified claims hold.الميزانيات المعتمدة والمستخلصات المصدَّقة ثابتة.

    An approved budget revision never changes, and the next change is a new revision. A certified claim is corrected only by a credit or debit note.لا تتغير مراجعة الميزانية المعتمدة، والتغيير التالي مراجعة جديدة. ولا يُصحَّح المستخلص المصدَّق إلا بإشعار دائن أو مدين.

  4. Closed months stay closed.الأشهر المقفلة تبقى مقفلة.

    A closed cost month refuses new imports, tags, progress and pricing. Reopening one needs a written reason, and every close and reopening is kept. A posted month of machine charges never changes.يرفض شهر التكلفة المقفل أي استيراد أو ربط أو إنجاز أو تسعير جديد، وتتطلب إعادة فتحه سببًا مكتوبًا، ويُحفظ كل إقفال وإعادة فتح. ولا يتغير شهر رسوم المعدات بعد ترحيله.

RevTrak's records sit in one database in the EU. Your files, and your pay and cost rates, stay on your company's own server.تُحفظ سجلات RevTrak في قاعدة بيانات واحدة في الاتحاد الأوروبي، وتبقى ملفاتك وأجورك وأسعار التكلفة على خادم شركتك.

The database, at Supabase in Frankfurtقاعدة البيانات، لدى Supabase في فرانكفورتOne database in the EU (Frankfurt, Germany) holds sign-in, roles, chat, the activity log and every area's records.
