RevTrak reads the books' own exports and tags each line to a project, a work package and a cost code. What the books need from RevTrak goes to them as a file your accountant imports, and their invoice and voucher numbers come back by reference. The software keeps the accounts and issues every tax invoice.يقرأ RevTrak ملفات التصدير من الدفاتر نفسها ويربط كل قيد بمشروع وحزمة عمل وبند تكلفة. وما تحتاجه الدفاتر من RevTrak يصلها في ملف يستورده محاسبك، ثم تعود أرقام فواتيرها وسنداتها عبر المرجع. ويبقى البرنامج صاحب الحسابات ومُصدر كل فاتورة ضريبية.
Node 04, Books. - Import your accounting software's CSV or Excel exports through a saved column mapping, so any layout works.استورد ملفات CSV أو Excel التي يصدّرها برنامج المحاسبة عبر ربط أعمدة محفوظ، فيصلح أي تنسيق.

- Charge each book line to a project, a work package and a cost code, or mark it overhead.حمّل كل قيد على مشروع وحزمة عمل وبند تكلفة، أو صنّفه مصروفًا عامًا.

A batch, a file, a fingerprintدفعة وملف وبصمة
- The Outbox lists what is ready to send, and Prepare makes it into a batch.يعرض «صندوق الصادر» ما هو جاهز للإرسال، ويجمعه زر «تجهيز» في دفعة.
- Each batch goes Prepared, File downloaded, Sent, then In the books.تمرّ كل دفعة بالمراحل: مُجهّزة، ثم نُزّل الملف، ثم مُرسلة، ثم في الدفاتر.
- Your accountant imports the file. The batch keeps that exact file with its fingerprint, and Download again fetches it.يستورد محاسبك الملف، وتحتفظ الدفعة بالملف نفسه مع بصمته، ويعيد زر «تنزيل مرة أخرى» جلبه.
Records the books need, prepared onceسجلات تحتاجها الدفاتر، تُعدّ مرة واحدة
- Each new project goes over as a cost centre.يُرسل كل مشروع جديد مركزَ تكلفة.
- New suppliers and clients go over with their details, so nobody keys them in twice.ويُرسل الموردون والعملاء الجدد ببياناتهم، فلا يُدخلهم أحد مرتين.
- Client invoices for certified claims go over too, with supplier invoices matched to their order and receipt.وتُرسل فواتير العملاء للمستخلصات المعتمدة، ومعها فواتير الموردين المطابقة لأوامرها وسندات استلامها.

- Choose CSV or Excel, and the separators.اختر CSV أو Excel، والفواصل.

The books' numbers come backأرقام الدفاتر تعود
- After the books are imported, RevTrak finds each record it sent by its RevTrak reference.بعد استيراد الدفاتر، يجد RevTrak كل سجل أرسله عبر مرجعه في RevTrak.
- It stores the books' own invoice or voucher number beside the record.ويحفظ رقم الفاتورة أو السند في الدفاتر بجوار السجل.

The accountant opens RevTrak on the Accounting page. The month closes in five steps: import the journal lines, tag them, price labour, run the six checks and close.يفتح المحاسب RevTrak على صفحة «المحاسبة». ويُقفل الشهر في خمس خطوات: استيراد قيود اليومية، ثم ربطها، ثم تسعير العمالة، ثم الفحوصات الستة، ثم الإقفال.
