Site day opens on the foreman's phone after sign-in. The morning checks, the next step of each element and every machine's hours take a tap or two each, and then the day is marked complete. The site engineer checks it, and the measured progress goes to the project's cost.يفتح «يوم الموقع» على هاتف مشرف الموقع بعد تسجيل الدخول. تأخذ فحوصات الصباح والخطوة التالية لكل عنصر وساعات كل معدة نقرة أو نقرتين، ثم يُعلَن اكتمال اليوم. يراجعه مهندس الموقع، ويذهب الإنجاز المقاس إلى تكلفة المشروع.
Node 06, Site. Its members carry measured progress to the project's cost, and bring in who is on site today and the approved drawings to build from.العقدة 06، الموقع. تحمل أعضاؤها الإنجاز المقاس إلى تكلفة المشروع، وتأتي إليها بمن في الموقع اليوم وبالمخططات المعتمدة للتنفيذ.

Opens on today, for your projectيفتح على اليوم، لمشروعك
- Site day opens by itself after sign-in. Pick the project, then Today or Yesterday.يفتح «يوم الموقع» تلقائيًا بعد تسجيل الدخول. اختر المشروع، ثم اليوم أو الأمس.
- The morning checks sit at the top, for example 3 of 4 machines checked, with a tap through to the one left.تظهر فحوصات الصباح في الأعلى، مثل «فُحصت 3 من 4 معدات»، وبنقرة تنتقل إلى المعدة المتبقية.
- When the entries are in, tap Day complete.حين تكتمل الإدخالات، انقر «اكتمل اليوم».
Each element, one step at a timeكل عنصر، خطوة بخطوة
- Each element shows where it stands, for example drilled 18 of 22 m, with one button for its next step.يُظهر كل عنصر ما وصل إليه، مثل «حُفر 18 من 22 م»، مع زر واحد لخطوته التالية.
- Steps such as Drilled to 22 m, Cage placed or Concreted. A change of machine, part of a step or a note can be recorded too.خطوات مثل «حُفر حتى 22 م» و«وُضع القفص» و«صُبّ». ويمكن تسجيل تغيير المعدة أو جزء من خطوة أو ملاحظة أيضًا.
- Start an element by typing its number. Only elements on the project's schedule are accepted.ابدأ عنصرًا بكتابة رقمه، ولا يُقبل إلا ما في جدول عناصر المشروع.
Hours, standby and the meterالساعات والتوقف والعدّاد
- Every machine on the project gets a machine day. Same as yesterday, and All pumps 24 h, take one tap each.لكل معدة في المشروع سجل يومي. و«مثل الأمس» و«كل المضخات 24 ساعة» بنقرة واحدة لكلٍّ منهما.
- Hours worked and standby hours, with the reason: waiting for concrete, no work front, weather, client, breakdown or other.ساعات العمل وساعات التوقف مع سببها: انتظار الخرسانة، أو عدم توفر جبهة عمل، أو الطقس، أو العميل، أو عطل، أو غير ذلك.
- The meter reading at the end of the day.قراءة العدّاد في نهاية اليوم.
Checked before it starts, reported when it stopsتُفحص قبل التشغيل، ويُبلَّغ عنها حين تتوقف
- The phone lists today's machines on your sites. Each check item is OK, Fail or N/A, with a note for each Fail.يعرض الهاتف معدات اليوم في مواقعك. يُجاب عن كل بند بـ«سليم» أو «غير سليم» أو «لا ينطبق»، مع ملاحظة لكل بند غير سليم.
- Each Fail becomes a defect report for the workshop, or joins the open one for the same item.يصبح كل بند غير سليم بلاغ عطل للورشة، أو يُضم إلى البلاغ المفتوح للبند نفسه.
- For a breakdown during the day, Report a defect from the machine's line.وإذا تعطلت معدة أثناء اليوم، فأبلغ عن العطل من سطرها.
Entries wait on the phone for the signalالإدخالات تنتظر الإشارة على الهاتف
- Each entry is sent as it is made.يُرسَل كل إدخال لحظة تسجيله.
- Without signal it waits on the phone and goes by itself when the signal is back.وعند انقطاع الإشارة ينتظر على الهاتف ويُرسَل تلقائيًا حين تعود.
- An entry the server refuses shows under Not saved, so you can see it.وما يرفضه الخادم يظهر تحت «لم يُحفظ»، فتراه أمامك.
The project's record of work, to dateسجل أعمال المشروع حتى تاريخه
- Quantities to date per kind and size: elements finished, metres, theoretical m³ and concrete poured.الكميات حتى تاريخه حسب النوع والمقاس: العناصر المنجزة والأمتار والحجم النظري بالمتر المكعب والخرسانة المصبوبة.
- The last 30 days, with who completed each day.آخر 30 يومًا، ومن أكمل كل يوم.
- Every element with its stages, where the site engineer corrects or removes an entry with a reason.كل عنصر بمراحله، وفيه يصحّح مهندس الموقع أي إدخال أو يحذفه مع ذكر السبب.

Checks first, then the work, then the machines.الفحوصات أولًا، ثم العمل، ثم المعدات.
The phone opens on Site day for the project. The machines still to check sit at the top, each element in progress has its next step on a button, and each machine's hours can be copied from yesterday.يفتح الهاتف على «يوم الموقع» للمشروع. في الأعلى المعدات التي لم تُفحص بعد، ولكل عنصر قيد التنفيذ زر لخطوته التالية، ويمكن نسخ ساعات كل معدة من الأمس.
When a machine breaks down, Report a defect sends it to the workshop from the same screen. If the signal drops, the entries wait on the phone and go when it is back. The site engineer sees the whole day on the project's Site records page.حين تتعطل معدة، يرسل «أبلغ عن عطل» البلاغ إلى الورشة من الشاشة نفسها. وإن انقطعت الإشارة، تنتظر الإدخالات على الهاتف وتُرسَل حين تعود. ويرى مهندس الموقع اليوم كاملًا في صفحة «سجلات الموقع» للمشروع.

Who uses itمن يستخدمه
The foreman records the day, the engineer answers for it.المشرف يسجّل اليوم، والمهندس مسؤول عن صحته.
Rules it keepsالقواعد التي يلتزم بها
A day's record that still holds at month end.سجل يومي يبقى صحيحًا عند نهاية الشهر.
- Your own entries, until the next day ends.إدخالاتك لك حتى نهاية اليوم التالي.
The recorder changes their own entries until the end of the next day. After that the site engineer corrects them, with a reason.يعدّل المسجِّل إدخالاته حتى نهاية اليوم التالي، وبعدها يصحّحها مهندس الموقع مع ذكر السبب.
- Every correction has a reason.لكل تصحيح سبب.
An entry is corrected or removed only with a reason, and every change goes to the activity log.لا يُصحَّح إدخال أو يُحذف إلا مع ذكر السبب، ويُكتب كل تغيير في سجل النشاط.
- A closed month stays closed.الشهر المُقفل يبقى مُقفلًا.
Once Cost closes a month, its site records can't be changed.حين يُقفل فريق التكاليف الشهر، لا تُغيَّر سجلات الموقع فيه.

Standby is charged to the project like any available hour. A breakdown under a work order that stops the machine is not.تُحمَّل ساعات التوقف على المشروع كأي ساعة متاحة، أما العطل المسجّل بأمر عمل يوقف المعدة فلا يُحمَّل.
