Every receipt, issue and count, store by store.كل استلام وصرف وجرد، مستودعًا مستودعًا.
One record covers the main yard, a store on each site and the stock in transit between them. Storekeepers receive, issue and count on the phone. Node 03, Stores. - Accepted and rejected quantities, with the reason, the delivery note number and a photo of it.الكميات المقبولة والمرفوضة مع السبب، ورقم إشعار التسليم وصورته.
- Heat or coil numbers for steel, tag numbers for tools, and the material submittal and inspection request behind the delivery.أرقام الصهرة أو اللفة للحديد، وأرقام الوسم للعِدد، وتقديم اعتماد المادة وطلب الفحص المرتبطان بالتوريد.

- Issue to a project and element, a machine with its meter reading, overhead, or a subcontractor or client. A voucher prints for signing.اصرف لمشروع وعنصر، أو لمعدة مع قراءة عدّادها، أو للمصاريف العامة، أو لمقاول باطن أو عميل، ويُطبع سند صرف للتوقيع.
- Returns come back at the issue's cost.تعود المرتجعات بتكلفة صرفها.
- Transfers go through transit. The receiving store confirms what actually arrived, and any shortage is recorded for approval.تمر التحويلات بمخزن «في الطريق»، ويؤكد المستودع المستلم ما وصل فعلًا، ويُسجَّل أي نقص للاعتماد.

- Site engineers request from the site store or the yard, and set Needed by in one tap: Today, Tomorrow, In 3 days or Next week.يطلب مهندسو المواقع من مستودع الموقع أو الساحة، ويحدّدون «مطلوب قبل» بنقرة: اليوم، أو غدًا، أو خلال 3 أيام، أو الأسبوع القادم.
- The project manager approves each line in full, in part or not at all, or rejects the request with a reason.يعتمد مدير المشروع كل بند كليًا أو جزئيًا أو لا يعتمده، أو يرفض الطلب مع ذكر السبب.
- Storekeepers supply by issue or transfer, and the request closes when everything approved has arrived. Lines marked needs purchase go to procurement with Raise requisition.يلبّي أمناء المستودعات الطلب بالصرف أو التحويل، ويُغلق الطلب حين يصل كل ما اعتُمد. والبنود المعلَّمة «تحتاج شراء» تذهب إلى المشتريات عبر «أنشئ طلب شراء».

- A warehouse manager starts a count of a whole store or one category, blind or not. Storekeepers count on the phone.يبدأ مدير المستودعات جرد مستودع كامل أو فئة واحدة، أعمى أو مكشوفًا، ويجرد أمناء المستودعات من الهاتف.
- Approval posts every difference as one adjustment.وعند الاعتماد تُرحَّل كل الفروقات في تسوية واحدة.
- A minimum per store, a Below minimum list and a bell alert. Requisition for the shortfall proposes what brings each item back to its minimum.حد أدنى لكل مستودع، وقائمة «تحت الحد الأدنى»، وتنبيه في الجرس. ويقترح «طلب شراء للنقص» ما يعيد كل صنف إلى حدّه الأدنى.

- Diesel is received by tanker ticket and issued to a machine with its meter reading, never below the last one, or recharged to a subcontractor.يُستلم الديزل بتذكرة الصهريج، ويُصرف لمعدة مع قراءة عدّادها التي لا تُقبل أقل من السابقة، أو يُعاد تحميله على مقاول باطن.
- Tank dips against the books, with an adjustment for the difference, and litres per hour for each machine.قياس الخزانات مقابل الدفاتر مع تسوية للفرق، واستهلاك اللترات في الساعة لكل معدة.
- Parts that fit each model, searchable by OEM and other part numbers, and service kits issued to the machine in one go.القطع التي تناسب كل طراز، يُبحث عنها بأرقام الشركة المصنّعة وغيرها، وأطقم الصيانة تُصرف للمعدة دفعة واحدة.

Receipts, issues, returns, transfers and adjustments all use one document form, made for the phone. Changes not yet sent are kept on the phone and can be restored.يستخدم الاستلام والصرف والإرجاع والتحويل والتسوية نموذج مستند واحدًا مصممًا للهاتف، وتُحفظ التغييرات غير المرسلة على الهاتف ويمكن استعادتها.
Items carry English and Arabic names. Vouchers print on the letterhead with titles in both languages and signature boxes, and prices appear on them only for people who see costs. For those people, stock on hand shows its value at the moving weighted average per store and item.تحمل الأصناف أسماء عربية وإنجليزية، وتُطبع السندات على ورق الشركة بعناوين باللغتين وخانات للتوقيع، ولا تظهر الأسعار فيها إلا لمن يحق له رؤية التكاليف. ولهؤلاء يظهر المخزون المتوفر بقيمته بالمتوسط المرجّح المتحرك لكل مستودع وصنف.

Rules it keepsالقواعد التي يلتزم بها
Every item accounted for, and nobody approves their own count.كل صنف محسوب، ولا أحد يعتمد جرده بنفسه.
- A posted document is never edited.المستند المُرحَّل لا يُعدَّل.
Stock moves only through posted documents. A manager reverses a wrong one with a reason, and the right one is posted.لا يتحرك المخزون إلا بمستندات مُرحَّلة، والمستند الخاطئ يعكسه المدير مع ذكر السبب ثم يُرحَّل الصحيح.
- Stock never goes below zero.المخزون لا ينزل تحت الصفر.
Per store, per item and per heat number.لكل مستودع ولكل صنف ولكل رقم صهرة.
- Nobody approves their own work.لا أحد يعتمد عمله.
A request, an adjustment or a count is decided by someone else. A fuel adjustment is approved by a manager who neither raised it nor dipped the tank.يقرّر الطلب أو التسوية أو الجرد شخص آخر، وتسوية الوقود يعتمدها مدير لم يُنشئها ولم يقِس الخزان.
- Storekeepers never see prices.أمناء المستودعات لا يرون الأسعار.
Costs are hidden in the database itself and served only to people with the cost permission. Storekeepers see only their own stores.تُخفى التكاليف في قاعدة البيانات نفسها، ولا تُعرض إلا لمن يملك صلاحية التكاليف. ولا يرى أمين المستودع إلا مستودعاته.
- A blind count stays blind.الجرد الأعمى يبقى أعمى.
The counters never see the book quantities. The count is approved by a manager who didn't start, count or send it.لا يرى الجرّادون الكميات الدفترية أبدًا، ويعتمد الجرد مدير لم يبدأه ولم يجرده ولم يرسله.
- Every movement is in the log.كل حركة في السجل.
Every change goes through one server function and is written to the activity log in the same step. One tag number belongs to one tool, in one place.يمر كل تغيير عبر وظيفة خادم واحدة ويُكتب في سجل النشاط في الخطوة نفسها. ورقم الوسم الواحد لعِدّة واحدة، في مكان واحد.
