Every machine checked, serviced, repaired and charged to its project.كل معدة تُفحص وتُصان وتُصلَح وتُحمَّل على مشروعها.
The workshop sees on one page which machines are down, which papers are about to expire and which jobs are waiting to close. Mechanics work their jobs on the phone, foremen check each machine before it starts, and each project gets a monthly charge for its machines.ترى الورشة في صفحة واحدة المعدات المتوقفة والأوراق القريبة من الانتهاء والمهام المنتظرة للإغلاق. يعمل الميكانيكيون على مهامهم من الهاتف، ويفحص المشرفون كل معدة قبل تشغيلها، ويُحمَّل كل مشروع رسمًا شهريًا عن معداته.
Node 02, Fleet. Its members carry machine hours and hire charges to the project's cost, and bring in operators and their cards from People, and parts and fuel from Stores.العقدة 02، المعدات. تحمل أعضاؤها ساعات المعدات ورسومها إلى تكلفة المشروع، وتأتي إليها بالمشغّلين وبطاقاتهم من الموظفين، وبقطع الغيار والوقود من المستودعات.

- Criticality A stops the work, B slows it, C has a stand-in. Each machine also records its meter, and whether it is owned or hired in, with the on-hire and off-hire dates.الأهمية: A توقف العمل، وB تبطئه، وC لها بديل. ويُسجَّل لكل معدة عدّادها، وهل هي مملوكة أو مستأجرة، مع تاريخي بدء الإيجار وانتهائه.

- Papers due lists every paper missing, expired or expiring within 60 days. Renew starts from the old paper, which stays as history.تعرض «الأوراق المستحقة» كل ورقة ناقصة أو منتهية أو تنتهي خلال 60 يومًا، ويبدأ «التجديد» من الورقة السابقة التي تبقى في السجل.
Services due by hours, kilometres or daysصيانة تستحق بالساعات أو الكيلومترات أو الأيام
- Each model has a service plan, with steps due every so many hours, kilometres or days, whichever comes first.لكل طراز خطة صيانة بخطوات تستحق بعد عدد من الساعات أو الكيلومترات أو الأيام، أيها أسبق.
- The Due view sorts each step as Overdue, Due soon, Last service not recorded or OK, with a forecast date from the last 30 days' use.يرتّب عرض «المستحق» كل خطوة: متأخرة، أو تستحق قريبًا، أو آخر صيانة غير مسجّلة، أو سليمة، مع تاريخ متوقع من استخدام آخر 30 يومًا.

From a reported defect to a closed jobمن بلاغ العطل إلى مهمة مُغلقة
- The supervisor turns a defect report into a work order, adds it to an open one, or declines it with a reason.يحوّل المشرف بلاغ العطل إلى أمر عمل، أو يضمّه إلى أمر مفتوح، أو يرفضه مع ذكر السبب.
- Service, repair, breakdown, inspection, overhaul or fabrication; urgent, high or normal; numbered like WO-2026-0142.صيانة أو إصلاح أو عطل أو فحص أو عَمرة أو تصنيع؛ عاجل أو مرتفع أو عادي؛ ويُرقَّم مثل WO-2026-0142.
- Labour hours per mechanic per day, parts from the store's issues to the work order, and outside work approved by a second person.ساعات العمل لكل ميكانيكي في اليوم، والقطع من صرف المستودع على أمر العمل، والأعمال الخارجية باعتماد شخص ثانٍ.

- The foreman's phone lists today's machines on their sites. Each item is OK, Fail or N/A, with a note for each Fail.يعرض هاتف المشرف معدات اليوم في مواقعه. يُجاب عن كل بند بـ«سليم» أو «غير سليم» أو «لا ينطبق»، مع ملاحظة لكل بند غير سليم.
- Items that stop the machine take a tap each. Mark the other items OK does the rest.البنود التي توقف المعدة تأخذ نقرة لكلٍّ منها، و«اعتبر البنود الأخرى سليمة» يُنجز الباقي.
- Each Fail becomes a defect report, or joins the open one for the same item. The equipment manager keeps the checklist per machine group, in English and Arabic.يصبح كل بند غير سليم بلاغ عطل، أو يُضم إلى البلاغ المفتوح للبند نفسه. ويحفظ مدير المعدات قائمة الفحص لكل مجموعة معدات بالعربية والإنجليزية.
Who may operate it, and where it isمن يحق له تشغيلها، وأين هي
- Operator licences, crane operator certificates, rigger and signalman cards and driving licences, with their expiry, for people already in HR.رخص المشغّلين وشهادات مشغّلي الرافعات وبطاقات عمال الربط والإشارة ورخص القيادة، بتواريخ انتهائها، لأشخاص مسجّلين في الموارد البشرية.
- Papers and cards show in the bell 60 days before they expire, for the equipment manager and the workshop supervisor.تظهر الأوراق والبطاقات في الجرس قبل انتهائها بـ60 يومًا، لمدير المعدات ومشرف الورشة.
- A move such as MV-2026-0012 records It left and It arrived. Arrival moves the machine on the register, and the transport cost goes to the receiving project.يُسجّل النقل، مثل MV-2026-0012، «غادرت» و«وصلت». وبالوصول تنتقل المعدة في السجل، وتُحمَّل تكلفة النقل على المشروع المستلم.

- Availability per machine over up to 24 months: planned and unplanned downtime, availability, utilisation, MTBF and MTTR, in CSV and Excel.الجاهزية لكل معدة حتى 24 شهرًا: التوقف المخطط وغير المخطط ونسبة الجاهزية ونسبة الاستخدام ومتوسط الساعات بين الأعطال ومتوسط ساعات الإصلاح، بصيغتي CSV وExcel.

Today gathers the defects to sort, the jobs to close, the machines down a day or more, the machines not checked this morning, the papers expiring in 14 days and the outside work to approve.تجمع صفحة «اليوم» الأعطال التي تنتظر الفرز، والمهام الواجب إغلاقها، والمعدات المتوقفة يومًا أو أكثر، والمعدات التي لم تُفحص صباح اليوم، والأوراق التي تنتهي خلال 14 يومًا، والأعمال الخارجية التي تنتظر الاعتماد.
Mechanics see their side on the phone in My jobs: Start, Mark done, Waiting for parts and My hours today. When a job is marked done, the supervisor closes it with the meter reading.
