The question in a technical office is always the same: which revision was approved, and is the site building from it? Numbered, sent and answeredمرقّمة ومرسلة ومُجاب عنها
- Each submittal is numbered for its project, for example PRJ-0002-SUB-0001, with a reviewer, a priority and a due date.يُرقَّم كل تقديم لمشروعه، مثل PRJ-0002-SUB-0001، مع مراجع وأولوية وتاريخ استحقاق.
- The consultant's code and every comment are recorded, numbered C1, C2 and so on, each with its response.يُسجَّل رمز الاستشاري وكل ملاحظة مرقّمة C1 وC2 وهكذا، ومع كل منها الرد عليها.
- After a C or D, the next revision gets its own reference and keeps the same folder.بعد الرمز C أو D تأخذ المراجعة التالية مرجعها الخاص وتبقى في المجلد نفسه.

- Issue the current revisions to a distribution list, your team or people outside RevTrak, for review, for information or for construction.أصدِر المراجعات الحالية إلى قائمة توزيع أو فريقك أو أشخاص خارج RevTrak، للمراجعة أو للعلم أو للتنفيذ.
- For construction allows only revisions approved A or B.الإصدار للتنفيذ لا يقبل إلا مراجعات معتمدة بالرمز A أو B.
- People outside get a personal link, valid for 60 days, and confirm receipt without an account.يتلقى من هم خارج النظام رابطًا شخصيًا صالحًا 60 يومًا، ويؤكدون الاستلام دون حساب.
Asked, answered and closedتُطرح ويُجاب عنها وتُغلق
- An RFI carries its question, references, discipline and an answer-by date, seven days after sending unless you set one.يحمل طلب الاستيضاح سؤاله ومراجعه وتخصصه وتاريخ الرد، بعد سبعة أيام من الإرسال ما لم تحدده.
- The consultant answers through a personal link, and an engineer accepts the answer or returns it with a reason.يجيب الاستشاري عبر رابط شخصي، ويقبل المهندس الرد أو يعيده مع ذكر السبب.
- Each answer records its cost and time impact, and the RFI log exports to a spreadsheet.يسجّل كل رد أثره على التكلفة والمدة، ويُصدَّر سجل الطلبات إلى جدول بيانات.

Each person decides only what is theirs to decide.كلٌّ يقرّر ما يخصّه فقط.
Rules it keepsالقواعد التي يلتزم بها
The register can be trusted because it can't be bent.يُوثق بالسجل لأنه لا يُلوى.
- A decision is final.القرار نهائي.
A decided submittal or revision stays as it was decided. The next submission is a new revision.يبقى التقديم أو المراجعة المقرّرة كما قُرّرت، والتقديم التالي مراجعة جديدة.
- Only the reviewer decides.لا يقرّر إلا المراجع.
The assigned reviewer, a manager or an administrator records a decision. A viewer never can.يسجّل القرار المراجعُ المسند أو المدير أو المسؤول، ولا يستطيع ذلك المطّلع أبدًا.
- What was issued stays as issued.ما صدر يبقى كما صدر.
A transmittal keeps the numbers, revisions and titles it was sent with, and a document issued on one can't be deleted.يحتفظ خطاب الإحالة بالأرقام والمراجعات والعناوين التي أُرسل بها، ولا تُحذف وثيقة صدرت عليه.
- Files close with the decision.تُغلق الملفات مع القرار.
Files are added until a revision is decided or issued. After that only an administrator removes one, and the correction is in the history.تُضاف الملفات حتى تُقرَّر المراجعة أو تصدر، وبعدها لا يزيل ملفًا إلا المسؤول، ويُسجَّل التصحيح في السجل.
- Every change is written with its history.كل تغيير يُكتب مع سجلّه.
Each register and transmittal change is saved in one step with its history entry, and also goes to the activity log.يُحفظ كل تغيير في السجل وخطابات الإحالة في خطوة واحدة مع قيده في السجل التاريخي، ويُكتب كذلك في سجل النشاط.
