Every cost counted once, against the budget it belongs to.كل تكلفة تُحسب مرة واحدة، مقابل الميزانية التي تخصّها.
Every other node feeds this one. Approved hours, machine charges, store issues, orders, measured progress and the books' journal lines each land once, against a work package and a cost code. The month closes only when its checks pass.تغذّي العقد الأخرى كلها هذه العقدة. فالساعات المعتمدة ورسوم المعدات وصرف المستودع والأوامر والإنجاز المقاس وقيود الدفاتر يُسجَّل كلٌّ منها مرة واحدة، مقابل حزمة عمل وبند تكلفة. ولا يُقفل الشهر إلا حين تنجح فحوصاته.
Node 05, Cost. One structure for every projectهيكل واحد لكل مشروع
- Work packages go three levels deep, for example 02 Substructure, then 02.01 Foundations, each with its unit.تتدرّج حزم العمل حتى ثلاثة مستويات، مثل 02 الهيكل السفلي ثم 02.01 الأساسات، ولكلٍّ منها وحدتها.
- The company keeps one list of cost codes in seven categories: labour, material, equipment, subcontract, site overhead, other and revenue.تحتفظ الشركة بقائمة واحدة لبنود التكلفة في سبع فئات: العمالة، والمواد، والمعدات، وعقود الباطن، والمصاريف غير المباشرة للموقع، وأخرى، والإيراد.
- Each code can carry an Arabic name, and a project's packages can be made from its BOQ in one step.يمكن أن يحمل كل بند اسمًا عربيًا، وتُنشأ حزم المشروع من جدول الكميات بخطوة واحدة.
Revision 0, then every change on recordالمراجعة 0، ثم كل تغيير موثّق
- Revision 0 is the original. Each later revision starts as a copy of the approved one.المراجعة 0 هي الأصل، وتبدأ كل مراجعة لاحقة نسخةً من المراجعة المعتمدة.
- Each line sits on a work package and a cost code, in SAR without VAT, spread over the months to the halala.يقع كل سطر في الميزانية على حزمة عمل وبند تكلفة، بالريال دون ضريبة القيمة المضافة، موزّعًا على الأشهر حتى الهللة.
- Paste lines from Excel or import the template. They are checked first, then sent for approval and approved or sent back with a note.الصق الأسطر من Excel أو استوردها من القالب، فتُفحص أولًا ثم تُرسل للاعتماد، فتُعتمد أو تُعاد مع ملاحظة.
Measured on site, or entered by handيُقاس من الموقع أو يُدخل يدويًا
- Each month records the quantity to date per package, by hand or measured from site records.يُسجَّل كل شهر الكمية حتى تاريخه لكل حزمة، يدويًا أو مقاسةً من سجلات الموقع.
- It shows % complete and, for managers and finance, earned value.ويعرض نسبة الإنجاز، وللمديرين والمالية القيمة المكتسبة.
- A figure lower than last month's needs a note. Progress measured from site records is written at month close.ويحتاج الرقم الأقل من الشهر الماضي إلى ملاحظة، ويُكتب الإنجاز المقاس من سجلات الموقع عند إقفال الشهر.
Priced on your own serverتُسعَّر على خادمك
- The month's approved timesheet hours are priced on your own office server.تُسعَّر ساعات الجداول الزمنية المعتمدة للشهر على خادم مكتبك.
- RevTrak gets back one labour total per project.ويتلقى RevTrak إجمالي عمالة واحدًا لكل مشروع.
- Nobody's pay or rate reaches the cloud.ولا يصل إلى السحابة راتب أحد ولا أجره.
Five steps and six checksخمس خطوات وستة فحوصات
- Import the journal lines, tag them, price labour, run the checks and close.استورد قيود اليومية، واربطها، وسعّر العمالة، وشغّل الفحوصات، ثم أقفل.
- The checks are Complete, Tagged, Bridged, Labour priced, Labour against payroll and One source. All but the payroll comparison must pass.الفحوصات هي: مكتمل، ومربوط، ومُسوّى، والعمالة مسعّرة، والعمالة مقابل الرواتب، ومصدر واحد. ويجب أن تنجح كلها عدا مقارنة الرواتب، فهي تُعرض ولا تُفرض.
- A closed month refuses new imports, tags, progress and pricing. Reopening needs a reason, and every close and reopening is kept.يرفض الشهر المُقفل أي استيراد أو ربط أو إنجاز أو تسعير جديد، وتحتاج إعادة فتحه إلى سبب، ويُحفظ كل إقفال وإعادة فتح.
Budget against actual, month by monthالميزانية مقابل الفعلي، شهرًا بشهر
- It shows the approved budget, planned, earned and actual cost, the cost variance and % complete by value.تعرض الميزانية المعتمدة والمخطط والمكتسب والتكلفة الفعلية وانحراف التكلفة ونسبة الإنجاز بالقيمة.
- Month by month it shows planned, original, earned, hours, labour and expenses. Finance and administrators also see revenue and margin.وتعرض شهرًا بشهر المخطط والأصلي والمكتسب والساعات والعمالة والمصروفات، وترى المالية والمسؤولون أيضًا الإيراد والهامش.
- Each figure says when it is not final yet. An all-projects view and a capacity view of people by month sit beside it.ويوضّح كل رقم متى لا يكون نهائيًا بعد، وإلى جانبها عرض لجميع المشاريع وعرض للطاقة يضع الأشخاص مقابل الأشهر.

The dashboard sets the approved budget against actual cost, and planned against earned, for the month in hand and to date. Actual is the books' expenses plus priced labour, and plant comes from the workshop's posted charges.تضع لوحة المشروع الميزانية المعتمدة مقابل التكلفة الفعلية، والمخطط مقابل المكتسب، للشهر الجاري وحتى تاريخه. والفعلي هو مصروفات الدفاتر مضافًا إليها العمالة المسعّرة، وتأتي تكلفة المعدات من رسوم الورشة المرحّلة.
Each figure says when it is not final yet, so October reads as open until the month is closed. The project manager prepares the budget revisions, and someone else approves them.يوضّح كل رقم متى لا يكون نهائيًا بعد، فيبقى أكتوبر مفتوحًا حتى يُقفل الشهر. ويُعدّ مدير المشروع مراجعات الميزانية، ويعتمدها شخص آخر.

The figure can be trusted because each cost has one source.يُوثق بالرقم لأن لكل تكلفة مصدرًا واحدًا.
- Nobody approves their own budget.لا يعتمد أحد ميزانيته بنفسه.
A revision is never approved by the person who prepared or sent it.لا يعتمد المراجعةَ من أعدّها أو أرسلها أبدًا.
- An approved revision never changes.المراجعة المعتمدة لا تتغيّر.
The next change starts as a copy of it and becomes the next revision.يبدأ التغيير التالي نسخةً منها ويصبح المراجعة التالية.
- Engineers never see amounts.المهندسون لا يرون المبالغ.
They record progress and read quantities. A project manager sees names, positions and hours, and never anyone's cost.يسجّلون الإنجاز ويقرؤون الكميات. ويرى مدير المشروع الأسماء والوظائف والساعات، ولا يرى تكلفة أحد أبدًا.
- Pay stays on your server.الرواتب تبقى على خادمك.
Only one labour total per project reaches RevTrak. Payroll lines from the books are summed per account and leave the accountant's computer without names.لا يصل إلى RevTrak إلا إجمالي عمالة واحد لكل مشروع، وتُجمع بنود الرواتب من الدفاتر لكل حساب وتغادر حاسوب المحاسب دون أسماء.
- A closed month stays closed.الشهر المُقفل يبقى مُقفلًا.
Reopening takes a reason of at least 10 characters, and every close and reopening is kept.تتطلب إعادة فتحه سببًا لا يقل عن 10 أحرف، ويُحفظ كل إقفال وإعادة فتح.
- Each cost counts once.كل تكلفة تُحسب مرة واحدة.
Plant comes from the workshop's posted charges, and material from the books or the warehouse, never both. The One source check must pass before the month closes.تأتي تكلفة المعدات من رسوم الورشة المرحّلة، وتأتي المواد من الدفاتر أو من المستودع، لا من الاثنين معًا. ويجب أن ينجح فحص «مصدر واحد» قبل إقفال الشهر.
