Each project has its code, its team and its folders.لكل مشروع رمزه وفريقه ومجلداته.
A project starts with a code, a client and its dates. Its team decides who sees it, and each person's department on the project decides which folders they open on your own file server. - An administrator creates each project. The code is automatic, from PRJ-0001, or the project keeps its own.ينشئ مسؤول النظام كل مشروع، ويُرمَّز تلقائيًا بدءًا من PRJ-0001، أو يحتفظ المشروع برمزه الخاص.

- Each project gets a main folder with 11 department folders, from 01 Management to 11 IT, and _Shared.لكل مشروع مجلد رئيسي فيه 11 مجلدًا للأقسام، من 01 Management إلى 11 IT، ومجلد _Shared المشترك.
- The technical office's Submittals, Incoming and Working folders come with it.وتأتي معه مجلدات المكتب الفني للتقديمات والوارد وقيد العمل.

The Summary puts the project's figures at the top, then what needs action, the latest submittals and documents, and the next milestones. Each person sees the projects they are on.كلٌّ يرى المشاريع التي هو فيها.
Rules it keepsالقواعد التي يلتزم بها
A project shows only to the people on it.لا يظهر المشروع إلا لمن هم فيه.
- You see a project when you are on its team.ترى المشروع حين تكون في فريقه.
Apart from administrators, nobody sees a project they aren't on, its registers or its files.لا يرى أحد غير مسؤولي النظام مشروعًا ليس في فريقه، ولا سجلاته ولا ملفاته.
